2. Orders & Enquiries

All orders placed through our website are treated as enquiries until confirmed in writing by Arctic & Ember. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. A contract is only formed when we send you a written order confirmation.

All prices shown are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of order. We typically require a deposit before ordering and the balance before delivery. We accept bank transfer and major credit/debit cards.

4. Delivery

• We deliver to mainland UK. Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may incur additional charges.
• Delivery timescales are estimates only and may vary based on supplier lead times.
• You will be contacted to arrange a delivery date once your order is confirmed.
• Risk passes to you upon delivery.

5. Installation

White-glove installation is available on selected products. Installation is carried out by our approved installation partners. You are responsible for ensuring the installation location is suitable, accessible, and meets any structural or electrical requirements specified in advance.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation for a full refund. After this period, cancellation may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order value, depending on supplier terms. Custom or bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

8. Warranty

All products come with the manufacturer's warranty. Arctic & Ember acts as an intermediary and will assist in processing any warranty claims on your behalf. Warranty periods vary by product and manufacturer.

9. Limitation of Liability

Arctic & Ember shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
