White-Glove Installation
Every Arctic & Ember system is installed by specialists who know the product in detail. No couriers, no flatpack instructions, no compromises.
The Process
We begin with a detailed conversation about your goals, your space and your existing setup. For larger installations, we arrange a site visit to assess power supply, drainage, room dimensions and access. You receive a written specification before any commitment is made.
Once your order is confirmed, we work directly with our supply partners to fulfil to specification. Typical lead times are 2–4 weeks for in-stock systems and 4–8 weeks for custom or outdoor builds. We keep you updated throughout and schedule delivery at your convenience.
Your system arrives in purpose-built packaging, handled by our installation team from the moment it leaves the warehouse. We bring everything needed for installation — tools, fixings, connection hardware. Your property is treated with the same care as the product itself.
Our certified specialists handle all assembly, electrical connection and plumbing integration where required. Every installation is pressure-tested, electrically certified and fully commissioned before we leave. You do not touch a tool.
Before we leave, we walk you through your personalised protocol based on your health goals. You receive a written care guide, maintenance schedule and direct access to your installation specialist for the first 90 days. Long-term aftercare packages are available on request.
